Pros
High pay (negotiating your contract for high pay) and paid parking
Cons
When I first started at the company, I was promised two weeks of training but only received four days, which was the first red flag. The manager was rarely around, so there wasn’t much guidance or support. I noticed early on that this company operates like a revolving door, and unfortunately my experience confirmed it. At the six-month mark, both myself and a coworker were let go despite doing our jobs. It feels less about performance and more about a culture of constant turnover. While the pay and benefits are decent, the lack of training, stability, and genuine career development makes it hard to recommend this workplace.
