Does not seem to be much for Adjuncts in terms of mobility or increased pay.

working days or hours can be very flexible. class size is moderate.

salary for adjunct is based on number of credit hours taught for the semester. no tax is withheld so you pay later.

Salary is a concern throughout higher education and Sinclair is no exception. Communication between departments and with faculty and staff can be challenging at times.

I have a lot of autonomy with how I structure classes.
