We have a great team and I truly enjoy the people I work with. Richmond recognizes that the right PEOPLE are what make a great place to work. They acknowledge the importance in finding the right people to hire and maintaining good employee relationships through recognition. Whether it be email affirmations, provided meals, employee team building events, or through production or discretionary bonuses, management always has a way of making the employees feel seen and appreciated.

Being a national builder we have to adhere to corporate office/upper management policies and processes that can sometimes be a bit more tedious and strenuous for certain types of approvals.

Have to work weekends, but that is real estate in a nutshell. Competitive sales floor, so if you didn't have a good relationship with your sales partner, that could cause issues if you let it. You truly get out of the position what you are willing to put into it, so if you aren't a sales professional (or want to become one) it will require a shift in mindset.
