Culture is lovely, non-toxic, open and very understanding. People are accepting and diverse. The management is very transparent about business affairs. Learning and growth focussed environment.
Cons
Salaries are well below average. Anti-title mentality results in little understanding by those in management on what employee's responsibilities are and subsequently what they should be paid. No bonuses, ever. Inflation increases to salaries are not guaranteed each year. No overtime pay, but working after hours is expected fairly frequently. 50% of issues raised by employees are 'forgotten' about. Employees are often expected to take on more work than one person can realistically handle. Certain members of management are entitled and exempted from taking responsibility.
