What is overtime like at Salaria Sales Solutions?

-Very POOR MANAGEMENT -Long hours of work with unpaid Overtime -low salary, not aligned with work duties and responsibilities -after training, expected to do the job on an advanced level -not doable daily goals for an 8hour shift -No work-life balance; caused anxiety

Only good thing I can think of is the teammates

Worst company you can ever work for. If you want to join a toxic company where hard work is not recognized, errors are deducted from salary (is that even legal?!), and overtime work is unpaid, then this is the company you are looking for. If you value your mental health and work life balance, DO NOT APPLY. This company will ruin your life. The CEO thinks he’s doing the world a huge favor just because he provides jobs for people, but does not care about how he treats employees (and he treats them like dirt). He thinks he’s all that just because he’s the CEO and has “money”, his sense of entitlement is otherwordly. The only reason this company even has positive reviews is because they offered to pay their employees a bonus if they left a positive review. How laughable.
