Good pay and benefits as well as advancement opportunities

Long hours and high stress most of the time

Good infrastructure, good benefits, working with team is good, growth opportunity is good, transport facility is provided

Poor salaries, culture is okayish

Large organization means there are lots of opportunities if you work hard and get noticed, you can move up and around to other positions and teams, which keeps work interesting.

The downside to a large organization is that its not always easy to get noticed and you never know how your team lead is going to be. Some leads are great and some are barely knowledgable.
