Pay is competitive but not the highest in the energy sector

Terrible culture. Joined the IT team and was let go after 6 weeks on a 1 week notice. Was a terrible mistake leaving ScottishPower after spending 5 years there

Hard to find any. I guess one pro is they pay you on time…

Poor leadership, no development or career progression at all in business departments. Long serving, hardworking staff are consistently overlooked. Care for mental health is very poor. The list is huge….
