Excellent PTO (4 weeks starting) and continuing education funds. Give you the freedom to treat how you'd like to. They respect your time and provide opportunities to learn new skills or try new trainings/certifications. Supportive and schedule quarterly "rounding" meetings where you meet with supervisor to discuss career growth.
Cons
My particular supervisor was not great to work with; overall rude attitude and difficult to get along with. Not always the best leaders to respond to everyday panic situations (i.e. patient hurting therapists etc). They sometimes dismiss your concerns. The pay is better at other places I've learned.
Decent pay
Good benefits
Opportunities to move within the company
If the department management is right, it can be a fun and rewarding environment.
Cons
It can be a miserable place to work if your management allows "mean girls" " especially because they can have a say in your yearly reviews. (5 people are chosen to review you by your manager and you get to choose 5.) If you can suck it up long enough though, you can transfer to a different department. I was there for 5 years. My first department was miserable, but the other 2 were much better.
This was a nice place to work. The work culture was pretty good but like any had some issues and personalities. Overall the company does have some nice benefits and the therapist schedule is pretty good compared to some therapy clinics now a days. They do still try to maintain a balance of being financilly stable but allowing patients one on one with the therapist.
Cons
Pay is low, not much room for bonuses or gaining financially. The policies and procedures required are silly and just to cover the companies bum.
