In total, REVA Global has been really great. In terms of Recruitment, Qualifications, Interview process, even up until Academy(Training) to Masterclass. I have been with couple of CMS's already and all of them seemingly embody the company core values, the vibe, the attitude you're gonna need. And everyone in almost any department is really prompt on this "Online Presence" ethics which I really admire, in where I do think is slightly unappreciated There is HMO benefit as to other Agencies out there which is really helpful, and the compensation is adequate. I am a returnee here, and how I feel nor see REVA as a whole remains the same.

Generally speaking, I do think this a common comment to almost any VA here, there has been an imbalance of opportunities(Placements) of VA's during the placement or interview process. It takes a little while for a VA to get an active client depending on how they do in their interviews, this might be demand-wise of available clients or the VA's interview evaluation (Interview failures). In the light of this, there's not much to say really, honestly there's more good things that I can mention vs the latter.
