The people and culture can't be beat. The CEO is intelligent, has a strong vision and connects with as many employees to get to know them. The product is very strong given they're a smaller company in the FP&A space. They really and truly care about their employees and it shows.

The salaries are fairly low in comparison to industry standards. At times there can be favouritism taking place, which can be disheartening.

Out of touch management and low salary

- genuinely nice people both at c-suite level and junior. - opportunities to advance or learn about advancement, career growth and mentorship. - ceo is humble, shares his knowledge with entire company and for the most part is pretty transparent with everyone in company wide meetings, which is rare in other companies I’ve been at. It has been refreshing.

- average pay, so far no raise to account for inflation either. - make sure to look at ways to keep current employees else risk of high turnover.
