In this place managers are always asking how are you doing they are always interested in how you feel and ive and seen how supportive they are when someone is having a bad rush. I like the commission plans that we have here and the chance to grow in the company is something that motivates me to grow.

Long hours after schedule and sometimes before schedule. Not that i compliment about it but i have a wife who needs some of my time too. That part has been hard to manage.
