Salaries are below market, slow to make decisions

Minimal micromanagement, generally positive/casual atmosphere, growth opportunities, decent benefits, 4/10 schedule, diverse-enough crew that racial, religious, etc. discrimination is rare

Lack of transparency/communication from higher-ups, terrible pay/bonuses, plenty of fakeness/throwing others under the bus in the name of professionalism, unpredictable workload anywhere from swamped to doing absolutely nothing

Too many expectations, low pay and receive calls at all times of day/night, overworked and burnt out employees, favoritism, very poor management and extreme lack of communication between departments. The few managers who are good often get stampeded. Lack of career growth, very few promotions.

Growing company; good career opportunities for lower-level positions. Based in the midwest so has the "midwest values". Pay is decent but not amazing. Low to minimal expectation to work outside of general business hours. Benefits are decent.

Not much opportunity to grow career past low-level manager. Pay could be more competitive, annual raises are less than inflation.

The pay good, can easily promote, career progression.

When I left it felt too busy, high turnover. My direct manager had too many direct reports

Lots of opportunities for overtime

Extremely toxic culture. Apathetic and lazy management. Very cliquey and petty. There’s always something going wrong. I spent more time in crisis mode than I did doing my job. Equipment was always breaking and management wouldn’t do anything about it

Consistent growth and plenty of opportunities to climb the corporate ladder. Company keeps expanding and attracting new customers, creating new jobs in the area.

The merit (annual) increases have been less than the national average for the last 3 years, which do noes reflect the company's growth in the same timeframe.
