The work is very engaging and imaginative. It stretches my mind on how AI understands our prompts pertaining to mathematics. The pay is great and it comes quick. I don't have many problems getting through the application like others on Reddit and other sites do.

No direct management. Stressful when under the clock to get the correct answer and provide the steps while also editing the model.

The pay is decent, you can work whenever you want as long as there are tasks available in your domain, and you can 'climb the corporate ladder' if you're good and lucky enough. You can also move up tiers(1-2-3) if you constantly provide high-quality work, but this is not guaranteed.

1- Task availability is extremely inconsistent. 2- Many reviewers don't know what they're doing. 3- Support is horrible as they usually take a week or two to reply. 4- Some project assessments and guidelines are poorly made, 5- Most QMs(Managers) are rude and genuinely don't care about the contributors' feedback. 6- Getting promoted is very inconsistent, as some people get promoted after completing a few tasks, and some don't, even after receiving more than 100 5/5 feedback in a single project.
