Pros
- The pay rate is very competitive for the responsibilities of the role.
- The whole recruitment & onboarding process has been so relaxing, welcoming, and friendly. Information given / training received so far has been relevant, concise, and delivered in a really engaging and steady way.
- The amount of care they take into each member of staff. Yet to meet a staff member who has said anything bad about the company.
- Food and beverage provided throughout the day. Meaning regardless of financial situation (which mine at the moment isn't great due to previous debts I'm off paying off), I can ensure I'm still eating and drinking normally, which helps prevent me from sickness which could lead to stress / under performance.
- The sense of teamwork and community, with so many groups for those with similar interests and hobbies.
- The company has a real & up to date approach on what 'business' looks like.
- Business dress is relaxed which means I can be comfortable when seated.
Cons
- The training is thorough, relevant but not overwhelming, which meant that I felt confident in my role right away.
- The rest of the team are so understanding, caring, helpful & giving, which meant I didn't feel anxious and unsure when I needed help.
- I've worked for several sustainable companies, and what they say is what they deliver is usually the oppisute. Because they follow through, with their word, It means that I trust the company more and it means that the rest of team are reliable.
