Thanks for the feedback, I’m sorry that you feel you haven’t had a positive experience in your time with us.
It’s difficult to tell from your post whether you are part of our energy operations team or in another team in the business. We haven’t done any external hiring in our energy operations management team recently and have processes to avoid some of the challenges you've faced, which leads me to think that you are in another area of the business.
