From the very start, my experience with Octopus has been positive. After submitting my application, I promptly received a LinkedIn notification that it was under review. Shortly after, a friendly Talent Partner from Octopus reached out to schedule my first interview.
Each interviewer I met was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, showing genuine interest in my responses while thoroughly addressing any questions I had. My dedicated Talent Partner, was incredibly responsive whenever I had inquiries. The entire process was positive and completed in a timely manner.
Octopus provided me with all the equipment I needed for a remote role and a comprehensive 4.5-week onboarding program. The culture and vibes at Octopus are unlike anything I've experienced before. Every person I've encountered has gone out of their way to help and support me on my journey as a new starter. The onboarding team has been engaging, informative, friendly, and supportive.

Cons
The initial training covers a lot of ground and can feel a bit overwhelming at times. However, the team has been incredibly reassuring, emphasising that while there's a lot to take in, there's no pressure to memorise everything, I'll still be on a learning journey when integrated into my team.
