      Business outlook

      Pros

There are some great people, especially juniors, who work extremely hard despite low pay and a terrible environment

      Cons

It took me over a year to recover once I finally left OMD UK. I was constantly gaslit, had goalposts changing, was told I was doing a great job one day and told I wasn’t delivering at all the next. The PTSD from my time there is real! As a manager I did performance reviews for a large team but had the reviews changed for the worse as leadership didn’t want to give raises or promotions - except for their favourites, ofc! The workloads are intense, but leadership won’t care and are happy to leave junior employees to pick up the pieces and manage things alone, without any support. Pay discrepancies are wide - in my team I had managers working on the same client, doing the same job but with 10k+ difference in pay. The staff are very white and middle class.
