Great environment to learn about different aspects of game development

There could be a better communication between teams

-Good Pay -Vacation Time -(Almost) Every Other Friday off

-Horrible work culture -Complaining about the CEO's cronies will get you fired even if said cronies are the ones being openly problematic or threatening peoples jobs. -CEO has said verbatim "I am not interested in making games, I am interested in running a company" -Management overall needs improvement -Overall Morale for the teams are incredibly low -Constant pressure and release dates -Overall not a great place to work if you don't fall in to the "Yes Man" category of employees

Paid well for my experience level

Had a member of upper management tell me I "Looked like a gross weird p*do" A member of management turned to me unprompted and told me he "liked his partners hairless" (Previous) CEO passed out drunk in a store during a company outing. No respect for experience, or industry norms. Long term workers fired with no notice because they annoyed a member of management or to suit a short term business decision (that wasn't followed through on). Don't going in expecting to be listened to. Rampant narcissism and nepotism. The higher up you are, the more useless you are.
