The company can lay off employees anytime without proper justification. There is no job security at all. Not an employee-friendly environment — there’s no proper HR or management support when you need help. US managers show clear discrimination toward Indian employees. They often ignore or delay responses, and communication is extremely one-sided. Team collaboration is very poor; team members are not supportive, and everyone seems to work in silos just to save themselves. Management doesn’t value employees’ efforts or opinions; there is no appreciation or recognition, even after hard work. Toxic work culture — constant pressure, lack of transparency, and favoritism are common. No proper onboarding or process clarity; employees are expected to figure everything out on their own. Career growth opportunities are extremely limited. No learning support or clear path for development. Layoff decisions seem biased and often target Indian employees unfairly.

The company recognized my contributions early on, which was incredibly motivating. I felt genuinely appreciated for my hard work through timely recognition, awards, and a solid salary hike. It’s always been a pleasure working with my co-workers—collaborative, respectful, and supportive team culture.

Like any company, there can be occasional challenges with workload during peak times, but the overall support and appreciation make it manageable.

Little to no career growth. Much of the technical work is being offshored which is disgusting as the company tries to maximize profits by lowering the quality of the work. Very disgusting leadership. First they say how well the company is doing and how every BU is amazing and then proceed to lay off a subset only to replace it with offshore labor or not at all meanwhile higher up execs continue to get promoted and new consultants are put into partner roles. The tech is old and out dated and will continue to do so as they push for subpar offshore engineers and the career growth is non-existent and management is not transparent. Likewise, compensation for average employees is below market median.
