Pros
Great colleagues and good enoug salary
Cons
While I genuinely enjoy working with my colleagues—who are dedicated, supportive, and consistently striving to do great work—I have personally found that our efforts are often hindered by rigid management structures. In my experience, employee happiness and well-being do not appear to be a priority. Business needs almost always seem to take precedence over personal requests, which has left me feeling undervalued at times.
I’ve also noticed a lack of open and honest communication from upper management. When there is difficult or disappointing news, it was typically delivered by lower-level managers. The lower-level manager in my hierarchy seem to do their best under challenging circumstances, but they were heavily micro-managed, which limited their ability to act independently or transparently.
Additionally, the working conditions have felt quite rigid to me. I’ve submitted special requests during my time here and if they can be approved by low-level management they were, but requests that require high-level approval were never approved by me. While I understand that not all requests can be granted, the consistent lack of flexibility has been discouraging.
