Pros
Decent enough benefits (e.g. annual leave amount, salary is ok, free tea/coffee). People are often nice, lots of departments to move around for different experience
Cons
Bit of a lumbering giant, slow to change but they try to get around to it
In some areas there's little room for upwards progression
