LA Office has a separate culture than the League office in NY. Nice new building and good culture. Company is lean so there is a lot of opportunities to learn if you have the right support and relationships.

In office four times a week. Policies are made by NY League office without a lot of consideration to other offices. Media business in LA / Inglewood is undergoing a lot of change but that is the same as a lot of Media companies right now. Difficult to get promoted (takes at least 2 to 4-years) because of company policies to control costs.

Lots of opportunities to hone your skills and learn new things. You feel useful working for the league. Inspiring leaders

Hard to find some time for yourself. Too many online meetings.
