Terrible interpersonal relationship skills from exec leadership.
Regional Director position up are micromanagers on another level. Only one office day a month for all admin work. Very toxic work environment for field team. Corporate doesn’t care at all about your well being. You have to work on your days off to get ahead of duties.

Leadership has condescending attitude and acts like high school. When an interpersonal conflict arises there is no resolution or communication skills, leadership will dismiss you if someone higher up they want to be friends with doesn’t like you. Nevermind that the woman in leadership position just used you for a huge event and you were successful. Worked for Nars for years and going to school to be a lawyer so thankfully will not have to be around ignorant leadership anymore
