The pay is not that great. Work with others that dont speak english.

high stress. Never a true day off. Constantly needs something at the last minute. Constant change with a fairly new concept. Lots of meetings and conference calls. Unnecessary paperwork.

Mandatory national anthem participation at noon every day is odd. The restaurant caters to cops, military, etc. so those customers can be very entitled at times.

Very patriotic company. Positive culture (for a restaurant). Good pay if you’re military.

Working at a restaurant is always a con.
