Below average salary. Not a performance based position. You can be indolent as you wish. VL needs to be plotted every end of year. Hence, you need to plan your vacations. Management and politics. Micromanagement. Cashiers and other untrained personnels are dispensing medicines. Pharmacists are only used for regulatory compliance. Union of employees are organized by the company! It does not make sense at all. Rudeness of some employees. No formal training for supervisory position. NO inclusivity OT IS RAMPANT! Sometimes you have to render 12 hrs duty for few days! No work life balance Dispenses Rx medication without prescription

It is a good company, my workmates are friendly and they will guide and teach you how pharmacy works they will not pressure you and they are enjoyable to work with

Pay is low, and it is not a work life balance company. I say the pay you receive is not worth it for the hrs and days you work for.

schedule, re-shuffle, some branch has a grave yard shift, you will be expose to irate customers without your leader backing you up ,undermanned, day off after seven days, sometimes half day off because understaffed. in this line of work degree is not important , because some of the customers think that they bought you. no work life balance
