Flexible hours, easy hiring process

Very long closing shifts, always on your feet

GM was fantastic; flexible scheduling; time off approved 9/10 times (when given sufficient notice); free squad meal, friendly culture in the beginning.

Captains and trainers could be rude if someone was struggling; a lot of inner drama circulating seemingly without repercussions or correction; very cliquey since corporate changed; unreasonable expectations put on everyone. Hours cut drastically for everyone to 'save on labor'.

Flexible schedule and free food! No drive through or fryers with hot oil and just making pizza so it was pretty chill. You get tips too.

Closing sucked and took forever. Can get a little stressful during rush times. But imo still better than any of the other food jobs I had lol
