      Pros

Good work life balance with PTO and remote working.

      Cons

Toxic leadership for finance. No benefits for existing employees. No focus on the employee and their career path. No good/planned yearly meetup for the remote employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility and work-life balance that our PTO policies and remote work provide. I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced challenges in your employee experience. I know we've experienced a lot of change over the last year, but we remain committed to building a supportive culture, with competitive and differentiated benefits. We also heard your feedback about annual meetups (which was shared by many Loopers), and we hosted our annual Base Camp earlier this year. If you have specific ideas or experiences you'd like to share, I’d welcome the opportunity to hear from you directly. Please feel free to reach out. -Zak

      Pros

There is nothing except being remote

      Cons

If you’re considering joining this company, please read this carefully. While you may come across glowing reviews, many of them are internally driven tactics to boost ratings. They do not reflect the reality of what’s happening behind closed doors. I’m writing this to bring awareness to those who deserve better than what this organization offers. The leadership is fundamentally broken, starting from the very top. The CEO is disconnected and incapable of addressing critical issues—especially the growing red flags surrounding the CFO. Despite continuous turnover and widespread concern, nothing is done. There is no accountability, no alignment, and no true direction from senior leadership. The culture is shaped by fear, poor behavior, and a lack of transparency—and the individuals responsible for this remain protected and empowered. While the CEO publicly preaches values around DEI, innovation, and care for employees, these are performative gestures, not reality. The internal environment is toxic, and the gap between what’s promoted externally and what’s experienced daily is staggering. This company is not set up for long-term success. The product is weak, teams are disengaged, and many employees are simply riding it out—collecting paychecks while the ship sinks. If you value growth, leadership development, or meaningful contribution, you will gain nothing here. In fact, working here may set you back in your career and erode your confidence. I urge anyone reading this: Don’t ignore the warning signs. There’s a reason people are speaking out anonymously—it’s the only way they can. If nothing changes at the top, nothing will improve. Protect your career and steer clear.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. This is not the type of experience that we wish on any of our Loopers. We are actively listening to Loopers from various feedback channels such as pulse surveys, exit data, AMAs and conversations had with leadership. It’s important that employees participate so their voices are heard. This valuable input helps us improve our culture, support our teams, and create a better workplace experience for everyone. From the feedback already received, we are establishing more clarity on performance expectations and investing in our People leadership to ensure Loopers receive the support needed to thrive. Please reach out to the People team so that we can better understand and support you. -Senior Director, Talent and People Ops

Supportive Leadership and Strong Growth Opportunities

      Pros

Loopio offers strong opportunities for both personal and professional growth. The leadership team genuinely invests time in developing employees, and I always felt that the work I was doing had real impact across the company. The environment helped me build valuable skills and ultimately earn a promotion, and the support I received there played a big role in advancing my career.

      Cons

The main thing to be aware of is that growth here requires effort and proactiveness. It’s a fast-paced environment, which can be a great fit for some but may feel demanding for others.
