How are senior leaders perceived at Lilium?

The leadership tries to improve working conditions but the company went in Bankruptcy.

The investments required should have been obtained way before all the crisis.

Friendly colleagues, fast moving environment, interesting work

Poor senior management, no clear strategy

Agile teams with a focus on technology.

Senior management may not have a strong technical background.

When I joined it was great with a feeling of drive

Poor use of funds led to insolvency

it was great salary and flexibility

no financial control, company leadership is lying until last minute

Great people, interesting project, good work - life balance, good every day benefits (flex time, free lunches, coffee, car charging, parking).

Slightly weak management within engineering team(s) - sometimes little planning/no clear direction, strange upper management decision making.

Great community, the people are the anchor to stay

7 managers in 3 years, leadership make poor decisions and are not held accountable.

Good place to work in cutting edge technology

Bloated organisation , too much bureaucracy and all the decision makers are mechanical engineers

Great teams and very talented employees, incredible project and many opportunities to do RnD.

Too much bureaucracy, overly complex organization structure.

company takes care of the employee, they listen to the needs, they provide all possibility to take care of yourself with food, gym, and benefits. always plenty of time for a coffee or two.

leadership tends to do as they want without really listening to advice or suggestions. company tends to be money focused by investors rather than taking the time to do things with care.
