Company thinks garnishing wage from mistake is ok according to contract. w Would rather high turnover vs keeping people as they let go on last day of 3 months commonly. Minimum wage with little to no increases in roles that usually are at $18+ in any other market fo people who work there for multiple years. In Warehouse side company thinks having nobody with fall safety is acceptable for long durations, if and when something happens will cause alot of issues legally.
