What is a typical working day like at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group)?

Remote working fully supported globally.

Management have a scatter gun approach to leadership. They have no idea what they want so they waste time and money re engineering their projects. You are expected to be online night and day and you receive very little positive feedback. Agile seems to be a new concept to them. The leaders like to gaslight and pile pressure on to get results but when they get results it’s not the results they want. Senior leadership is even worse! No direction.

the team which i was in had good work life balance. allowance was quite okay. there was rotatitional shift. Bonus as gud. team leader support was there.

rotational shift was headache. slow growth, salary hikes are not good. more and more people in team for competition, so you will get less hikes

Salary. Managers. Seniors. Rotational shifts.

Allowance is good but base pay less

Night shift that is why bit issue

Very chill work but i guess it still depends which team you get into

Mostly mid to night shift work hours

Work life balance, embracing different ideas, comfortable to speak up

Global Timezone and need to join calls at night
