What is a typical working day like at Kaseya?

Kaseya offers good benefits like night shift allowances and other facilities that support employees. The learning opportunities here are amazing. I've gained a lot of skills and knowledge during my time, especially thanks to my director, who has been incredibly supportive and helpful. Some teams have fantastic managers who back their members, creating a great work environment.

The yearly growth in terms of salary and recognition has been disappointing. My manager hasn’t given me the credit I deserved for my contributions, which can be demotivating. There’s a noticeable difference in how management across teams treats their members—some are more supportive than others.

The pros include strong managerial support, which provides guidance and encourages professional growth. The company's future looks promising, with ample opportunities for career advancement and involvement in exciting projects.

I guess that's product related, not Kaseya in general, but from my perspective the technical debt is significant, posing challenges to maintaining and updating systems. Additionally, working with a team in US could be challenging because of time shift.
