What is the company culture like at KPN?

Good working culture balance, nice pension

Some of the departments are very Dutch, meaning if you are a foreigner, it will be difficult to fit in

Great work environment and lots of flexibility

Was somewhat disorganized at times

None in my opinion and experience.

- Awful, toxic hierarchical working culture where employees are encouraged to be arrogant with each other. Management style is also toxic.

Because the product was being developed, it had a very start up culture so goals and prioritories changed a lot
