      Business outlook

      Pros

Fantastic work culture - the company really cares about you, and practices what is preaches. Values-driven work - tradition coupled with innovation. Generous benefits - hard to match. Abundant career opportunities, plus plenty of options for professional/personal self-development. A lot of social activities organized that are great for networking, and especially for expats looking to integrate. Fantastic name and brand in Switzerland and the wider private banking world.

      Cons

Julius Baer is defined by a strong Swiss character - but if anything this should be seen as an upside. Like Switzerland, the bank's culture is a stable and fair one.

      Pros

The culture—especially in the UK—is excellent. People genuinely collaborate to get things done, with very little office politics. Everyone’s opinions are respected and valued. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the caliber of people they hire. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the smartest individuals of my career here, and there’s a strong culture of sharing knowledge and experience, which makes it a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

I cant think of any cons of working here
