Nepotism and favoritism are rampant, and genuine talent is ignored in favor of those who play politics.
Expect to be constantly belittled and micromanaged to an absurd degree. You’ll be criticized for the most ridiculous things—yes, even for smiling too much. Your ideas and hard work will be stolen and paraded around as someone else's achievement while you’re left invisible and undervalued. If you think long hours will earn you recognition, think again—working from 5:30 AM until 2:00 AM is considered ‘normal,’ and you won’t see a dime for all those extra hours. Work-life balance is a joke, and burnout is inevitable.
