hourly pay is decent and commission structure is generous. beautiful product.
Cons
Lack of support & direction. Generally negative environment with staff and even management consistently complaining about corporate level staff such as the retail director, training managers etc.. very unprofessional. Stores can be extremely cliquey- If you are just here to work & not be best friends with everyone, good luck.
