Getting anything from HR or payroll is a nightmare. No opportunity for training or advancing job opportunities in 7 years

I have had the opportunity to grow and learn many processes outside of my current role which has helped me become the SME I am. The team I work on has an amazing manager and we work very well together as a group.

Like any corporation, changes are made by leadership with no thought of how it affects the roles who handle those pieces.

Lots of complexity in org structure, leads to silos and slow decision making. Some functions are decentralised to their detriment.

Ill thought out bid strategy in a low margin industry causing high pressure on operations and development teams. Not enough investment in developers. Drastically underpay developers unless they receive alternative offers. UK part excluded from head office's new developer plans

Good team. Nice pace work. Management have your back. Never have to take the work home with you. Low Stress

Not many opportunities for growth within. Days are monotonous
