Pros
The benefits are good and other rank and file staff are very good. If you're looking for a straightforward job doing validation testing then it might be a good fit. The quality of your manager is key.
Cons
Your mileage may very highly depending on which group you are in, the leadership, and Korean coordinators. That said, they will try to get you in the door with promises of interesting work and opportunities which were never part of the plan. If your plan is to learn and advance your technical skills and career, you should look elsewhere. Nothing happens unless it gets passed through several departments in Korea, and important engineering and development work is not shared with US staff. The only career advancement is to become a manager where your responsibility is to create bi-weekly reports where you will spend just as much time on font color as with the technical content. Lastly, the pay is not competitive, the hybrid work policy is not followed, and the IT and purchasing systems are the worst I have ever seen.
