Good benefits and people/management, bad understaffing

      Food service
      Current employee
      Columbia, MO
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Weekly pay, quarterly bonuses, part-time insurance is available, very flexible scheduling, and overall very understanding management.

      Cons

As time has passed, most notably post-COVID, departments are habitually understaffed compared to how it was before the pandemic. Expectations of employees are, of course, still the same. I believe this is largely a corporate-driven trend, as they are the ones who always tell us that we need to lower our labor hours.
