What is the salary like at Hibbett Sports?

Great people, great management, great environment

Pay could be a little better for the work but overall is a great opportunity for someone who is new to the sales side of business

Good first time job, decent pay and hours

Store was slow and management was worrisome.

Access to releases, jobs are laid back, making your own schedule, building interpersonal relations and skills,

Low pay, no real HR liaison, upper management is always working on developing employees for the benefit of “profit” only, upoer management makes lower level management constantly feel less than.

Good pay. Chill environment. Treated well

Short hours. Small building. not enough clothes.

The pay is not worth it

It is a pretty calm job if you have a manager who distributes the work evenly, you just get your tasks done make sure the store looks its best and help out customers. In my experience everyone I’ve met at Hibbett and from other Hibbetts are very nice people and always easy to talk to.

One con I would say is probably the pay and the hours, you don’t really get much hours and the pay is kind of low. If you don’t have a good team or manager nothing gets done and eventually they expect all the work to be done by one or two people when it should take the whole team

Remote work results in disconnect among employees, there is little to no communication for group projects.

Easy enough job, Good location.

Bad pay, No raises, Obnoxious corporate,

Pay is decent for a part time.
