Pros
The pay is decent for the Aquatics department, but other departments not so much... between $12-15 is the range for other departments. They do try to host fun activities/ events to show "pack appreciation"
Cons
The environment isn't always the greatest, they paint it out to be a fun work environment, with activities and events for their "pack members" (employees) but it masks the fact that most managers do not care for their employees opinions or about them in general. There is no room for advancements or growth. No matter how many interviews you get they'll most likely turn you down unless your a certain "type" they're looking for, even if you "nailed" the interview process they'll likely turn you down unless your the moldable type they're looking for. The environment can be irritating at times with other employees, typical work drama.
Also holidays are a mandatory, you have to work 3/5 holidays that include; Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas day, new years eve, and new years day. And you can't use vacation or PTO for those it's a must! So it makes planning for families harder.
