GSK offers a great benefit package, lovely culture and work life balance. The best company I have ever worked for. I have also had the opportunity to progress rapidly. Management is brilliant and the teams I have worked with have truly been encouraging, hard working and very supportive of one's development.

Cons

Moving a lot of departments overseas.

Advice to Management

Have a better understanding of different key areas in GSK such as HR to ensure the business is looked after well. I feel moving the department overseas will likely cause issues and I expect after some time GSK will realize the importance of having some areas of HR in UK. I think this is something that will come to light 2-3 years down the line.

KPIs are changing most of the time without timely cascade and communication to the sales force

Can be very corporate and sales metrics are not always achievable

Not be so harsh on sales organization
