Pros
The only benefit of this company is its location near Vashi station, which offers an incredible view. That is the only positive aspect I found.
Cons
I had an extremely disappointing experience with FutureScape, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. This company is riddled with issues that make it a nightmare to work with, especially during the pandemic. First and foremost, during the pandemic, the company failed to provide salaries to its employees. This lack of financial support during such a critical time was not only unprofessional but also showed a complete disregard for employee well-being. Many of us were left struggling to make ends meet, and the management showed little to no empathy. Speaking of management, it was absolutely abysmal. The HR department, particularly the HR manager, behaved as if she was the CEO, making arbitrary and often unreasonable decisions without consulting anyone. The CEO, on the other hand, is completely non-technical and seems out of touch with the needs of both the employees and the industry. His leadership style is ineffective and often counterproductive. The company's policies are poorly designed and implemented. There is a distinct lack of transparency and fairness in their operations. The HR policies are outdated and fail to protect or support employees. Instead, they seem designed to benefit the management at the expense of everyone else. Moreover, the CEO and HR are some of the cheapest people I've ever encountered in a professional setting. Their unwillingness to invest in the company or its employees is glaringly apparent. This penny-pinching attitude extends to every aspect of the business, from outdated office equipment to inadequate employee benefits. The company has only one application running, and it's by far the worst I've seen. It’s full of bugs, lacks essential features, and performs poorly. Instead of focusing on improving this application, the management is always comparing it to other apps in the market, creating unnecessary pressure and frustration among the employees. There is no innovation, no creativity, and no effort to make it better. In addition to all this, there are no other advantages to working here. The work environment is toxic, the benefits are minimal, and there is no room for professional growth or development. The constant comparison with other apps and lack of appreciation make it an incredibly demoralizing place to work. In summary, FS is a poorly managed company with terrible policies and an ineffective leadership team. The lack of support during the pandemic, combined with the poor treatment of employees, makes it a place I would strongly advise others to avoid. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for employment or services.
