Absolutely no company culture - if you want a workplace with a social life you will not find it here. Small outdated office with not enough space. Low pay for the amount of work required. Very little progression.

Fortnums look after their teams, invest in their people by offering them opportunities to develop and learn.

Pay reviews would be good to be in line with performance at management level.
