Pros
Apart from the paycheck an employee receives, he/she is also on the lookout for a company that respects work-life balance, additional benefits and leave policies. Findoc stands up to all these expectations of its employees. Findoc is my 4th company and as an employee here, I am the happiest. Not only am I compensated fairly for my work but at the same time, the management makes sure that employees have a balanced family life too. To ensure a good balance between work and family, Findoc offers flexible working hours, 5 days of work with 2 days off, etc. I don't go back home exhausted and I have ample time on weekends to dedicate to my family. That's a win-win situation for me. Additionally, taking a leave for an emergency is not a struggle here. The company ensures a supportive leave policy too. I am sure we all work under so much pressure and Findoc management is aware of its employees’ mental health. Findoc’s work environment is very positive with supportive colleagues and seniors. As an employee at Findoc, the Mental Wellness Program has been a remarkable initiative, positively impacting my overall well-being. The comprehensive support and resources provided, including personalized counseling and stress management workshops, have significantly enhanced my mental health and work-life balance. This program demonstrates Findoc's commitment to employee wellness, fostering a more supportive and productive work environment. Own your car policy and medical insurance policy are some other noteworthy benefits that Findoc extends to its employees. Not every company offers the same. It's important to mention that Findoc treats its female employees with utmost respect and care. It provides menstrual leave and support programs to ensure stability. So, a good paycheck with insurance coverage on medical, flexible working hours, and a leave support policy that makes work fun is all an employee needs. Findoc ticks off all the points in the list and makes it an ideal company to work with. I am completely content and satisfied as an employee of Findoc.
Cons
There are some policies in which only individuals with high salaries benefit, and those with low salaries cannot avail of them.
