Taking off can be hard as someone needs to cover your workload on top of theirs, so it can be a struggle "wanting" to take off sometimes.
I personally wish as a Recruiter that we made commission or some type of bonus for our work.
Good IT teams. Flexible work from home arrangements.
Cons
No holidays. PTO must be used to take Christmas off. Non profit, means there are no bonuses.
24/7 nature of health care means that most critical work is difficult to schedule.

- Some open shifts had bonuses attacked
- The benefits are standard - okay. I’ve heard better, I’ve heard worse.
