Does Fairview Health Services offer bonus pay?

Decent pay. Decent ratios for technicians.

No incentive bonuses but daily requests for staff to pickup extra shifts.

Good benefits (PTO, Wellbeing spending allowance, Healthcare) Supportive team

Taking off can be hard as someone needs to cover your workload on top of theirs, so it can be a struggle "wanting" to take off sometimes. I personally wish as a Recruiter that we made commission or some type of bonus for our work.

No holidays. PTO must be used to take Christmas off. Non profit, means there are no bonuses. 24/7 nature of health care means that most critical work is difficult to schedule.

- Very tight-nit circles - If you wanted to reduce your Fte it required approval from a supervisor, if units are low. They’ll drag it out -
