No local management support; emotionally abusive; claim to support staff who speak up, but don't; too many reports to fill out, and not enough orientation; toxic work environment.
Most coworkers are good, pay is ok, always security and most of the time there is a police patrol on site.
Cons
Corporate doesn’t seem to know how to lead. Communication is scattered, depending on who is there. Controls are lax to the most part that I find concerning.
