COO struggles with basic management skills and the operations staff is left to pay for it. Individual team members are micromanaged, and operations departments are forced to leave best practices behind in favor of whatever the COO decides to change next. Working here was not worth the toxic atmosphere of mistrust and uncertainty created by C-Suite.
