Flexible schedule, managers are nice, coworkers are nice, benefits are ok, relaxed environment
Cons
Low pay in comparison to similar positions in the are, not much room for advancement, can be difficult to transfer to other departments or locations, raises are subpar, promotions are hard to get
They will take you on for an entry level position and train you. Additionally, you are pretty immune to layoffs.
Cons
Low pay and little ability to advance, Also, they took away all work from home. You can spend a year or two here, but after that you should consider moving on.
You gain experience working with their client Regeneron. For young adults or recent graduates this is a good opportunity to fall back on.
Cons
Mostly busy work. You'll have to "spice up" the details of the job to put on your resume. The pay is awful you'll be making 21.50/hour unless youre living at home after graduation you cannot afford to live on your own with this wage. There is no negotiation either since a highschooler could perform the tasks asked of you. In order to get a significant raise (5-10 dollars..) you must be promoted to a leadership role. I see no reason why someone would stick around this company to obtain a leadership role. My advice would be to use this job as a last resort if you live in the area. Gain valuable professional experience and apply to more lucrative jobs while working at Eurofins. There is a reason the turnover is high. The management sucks imo. Each employee has a team lead who will be your "manager" for the most part. You'll have 1on1's with your Eurofins manger once every two weeks. While also having 1on1's with your Regeneron manager weekly. The way Eurofins is set up your Regeneron manager can not tell you how you are performing it must go through your Eurofins manager when they have their weekly meeting with your Regeneron manager.. Makes no sense. My Eurofins manager has gone behind my back a few times discussing things about me to my Regeneron manger without my knowledge. Don't mention anything to your Eurofins manager about relationships or events you participate in with the Regeneron team you work with. Finally, you are considered a contracted employee at Regeneron (it is a full time position with Eurofins) which puts you in a bucket of people who work here. Most Eurofins employees come from very little education to useless degrees from state schools (their are obviously exceptions to this but most employees with impressive degrees leave fairly quick). Fair or not you will obviously be looked down upon by Regeneron employees due to the stigma of being a "contracted" employee.
Work alongside other great scientists, decent pay, work/life balance is fair
Cons
Working as a 3rd party at a client site means there has to be a level of disconnect between you and them. Growth opportunities are there, but pathways to get them are confusing.
