How is management perceived at Ethos Consulting Group?

Don’t get paid for mileage, no benefits, working way more than 40 hours per week for poor compensation. Commission structure is not livable. Management bends truth about the job, pay and the opportunity when huring. A lot of turnover. No work-life balance

Development programs and fun activities are offered, but most of the time I was far too drained to participate.

Management preaches work ethics while shamelessly engaging in inappropriate and unethical actions that tear the company apart. Their decisions are clearly made for personal gain, not for protecting the company's reputation or supporting employees. They care more about appearances than the integrity or well-being of the workplace.

The coworkers are young and energetic, which can feel fun at first.

This job wrecked my nerves fast and left me waking up with anxiety before sunrise. The days are brutal, starting early and ending late, with hundreds of miles driven and no mileage pay to show for it. compensation is awful, with a commission setup that feels impossible to live on and surprise rules that slash your pay if you fall short. Management bends the truth about expectations and then turns abusive when numbers do not magically work out. Being blamed for broken systems and crashing apps makes you feel mentally unstable after a while. The turnover says everything, people quit nonstop because the grind never lets up . By the end, you realize you are not helping anyone and you are paying for it with your time and sanity.

You get paid on time, at least, and my coworker have been pretty nice so far. I still wouldn't recommend working here to anyone, though. There are fa better options out there.

Employees are constantly burnt out because expectations are high, and they aren't prepared at all to meet them. Management fails to provide any training, support, or guidance, but you're expected to know how to do your job right from the start, and every mistake you make is heavily scrutinized. The salary is pretty terrible, and there aren't many opportunities to raise it since there isn't any room to grow.
