What is the hiring process like at Endeavor Health?

independent role to some extent. good team environment overall managers are friendly and approachable

internal corporate interview process can be too lengthy from what I have observed. Does not look to promote internally first. Training and development is lacking. review process changed and does not support above and beyond effort.

My department, colleagues, and experiences have not been as horrid as I've heard from too many other employees within the company.

There is always a mention from company decision makers about how much they appreciate and care for the employees of the company but it just isn't true. Employees feel unappreciated, underpaid, and unable to do anything about it because there is no change when issues are brought up to the proper channels. The constant change of employee benefits is ridiculous and is getting worse by the year. Every time HR leaders are asked by people managers why new changes are being implemented they just tell them to advocate for the changes to the employees because it is their job to do so. When asked if there will be someone to explain the changes to the employees, managers are told their employees feel happier hearing from them when everyone knows that isn't true. Employees want to get these updates from the people making the decisions and need to know why they decided the horrible changes are going to be better (and WHO the changes are better for). Overall the company isn't the best, and I would never recommend anyone work here.

Helps to discern if you would like to pursue a career in law enforcement or future healthcare work . will teach to deescalate and manage high stress situations

TOXIC upper management. I've heard numerous stories of managers retaliating against former employees. and even reports of managers calling a former employees prospective new employment in order to blackball them

Great community of staff working together.

Difficult PTO process. Scheduling flexibility but not without switches, lengthy process for scheduling PTO in advance. Severe limitations in taking PTO.
